Weltraumgrafik is a Berlin-based studio specializing in motion graphics, branding & audiovisual experiences by designer Phil Max Schöll.

My expertise lies in creating and organising media content for events & immersive audiovisual experiences, particularly in relation to sound, projection, light and space.

Some of my works have been showcased worldwide, most notably at Signal Festival Prague, Deutsches Museum Munich and Nuremberg, Yokohama Museum of Art, Miyazaki Prefectural Art Museum and most recently at Helsinki Cathedral at Lux Helsinki Festival.

In addition to my artistic pursuits, I have contributed design and live video content for various incredible live acts such as Moderat, Modeselektor, Paul Kalkbrenner, Monomono and Ellen Allien.

Professionally, I have contributed motion and graphic design, specialising in event video content for more than 30 trade fairs. Some of the clients I have worked for include Daimler Mobility, Mac. Brand Spaces, Pokemon Japan, Siemens, BMW Mini, Volvo, Lynk & Co, Reifenhäuser, Audi, Adidas, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, ZDF Neo, Barco, Alstom and Sika.

My work has received support from Goethe Institute, Mutek Montreal, the Berlin Senate, the Performing Arts Fund Berlin and GVL, the German Copyright Collection Society.

Please feel free to contact me for more information.
I specialize in concepting & creating professional video content for events, audiovisual content for live music acts, custom video and artworks for museums and art festivals as well as corporate identities and classic motion design for cinema or commercial films.

My approach combines the structural clarity of Swiss graphic design and precise typography with an experimental reinterpretation of these principles into motion and space.

Being confronted with new digital possibilities constantly, my focus is not to pioneer every new form of contemporary technique, but by translating the fundamental principles of design into innovative and immersive environments thoughtfully.

My ambition lies in the audiovisual synthesis between sound, light, video and space. I love all sorts of [unusual] screens and approaches and I appreciate if the digital results I am working on are presented in real life.

In my free time, I am a father of a young son and I am rowing as a part of Wiking Rowing Club Berlin.
